I love your collection and want to place an order for my event. What do I do next?
Easy! You can request a quote through the website using the contact form or just give us a call at (914) 319-3916. If you live near the greater Burlington area, we love hosting clients in our showroom but we ask that you call to schedule an appointment. We work very hard to respond to emails, phone calls and requests within 24 hours, so you will definitely hear from us!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a $500.00 rental minimum. Delivery fee is quoted separately and based on distance.
What is your delivery fee?
Our delivery fees vary depending on the location of your event and your actual order. Please contact us to discuss a delivery fee and to start the proposal process. We’d love to hear from you!
Are we able to pick up our order to avoid a delivery fee?
We do offer a DIY service enabling you to collect small orders. Each order is individually considered for DIY pickup depending on the items you require. Our pickups and drop-offs for DIY orders are only available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm and an agreed upon date and time is required. To avoid any late fees, all items must be returned at the agreed upon date and time.
Where do you deliver?
Predominantly we service Vermont and the Adirondacks. We will also service areas across New England depending on the order size.
Will your team setup my rental items at my event, or just deliver?
We absolutely will set up the items for you! Depending on the event and order size, setup can easily be arranged unless otherwise discussed prior to the rental agreement. You can even take it a step further and leave all the design details to us! We offer professional event design and styling services. For other event services, we’d be happy to refer you to some of our favorite professionals. Please see our Styling Services page for more details! We do expect someone to be onsite to direct our delivery team in the setup of your items.
Can I change my order?
We ask that you select your rental items carefully and work with us to create your vision; once your rental deposit is received we do not allow items to be changed due to loss of opportunity.
Can I cancel my order?
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve items or packages on your proposal, as well as a signed rental agreement. The 50% retainer fee will not be refunded with a cancellation. If the order is canceled within two weeks of the scheduled delivery date, we retain the full order amount.
What happens if something gets broken, damaged or unreturned?
We get it, things happen! Especially when drinking is involved. We do our very best to repair items that are returned to us with a little bit of wear and tear. However, if an item is unreturned, broken or damaged beyond repair, payment of the full replacement value is required within seven days. If an item is returned damaged but repairable, you will be sent an invoice for the cost of repairs and payment is required within 7 days.
How do I reserve my rental items?
When a proposal is created, we reserve your items for 1 week. If you choose to rent, we require a 50% deposit and signed contract agreement to confirm.
